Cancellation Policy

Location & Atmosphere Welcome! Your experience takes place entirely at our main creative annex in the historic center. We intentionally keep our sessions small—capped at 12 guests—to ensure a relaxing, communal environment where you can freely play and create. Attire This is a clean, easy experience. Aprons are provided in the studio, and no special clothing is required. Just bring your creativity! Firing & Pickup Your painted pieces require glazing and firing in our kiln, and will be ready for local pickup in just 2 days. Please note that we do not offer shipping options, so we kindly ask guests to plan their local pickup around their stay in Caldas. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that travel plans and schedules can change. While we do not offer refunds, we are always happy to help you reschedule your session. We simply ask for at least 24 hours' notice, allowing us to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist. Our Kiln Promise Occasionally, the clay has a mind of its own. If a piece happens to crack or break in the firing process, our hospitality never fails. We will always make it right by inviting you back to paint a new piece with us on the house. Waitlist Policy If a session is full, please join the waitlist! You will receive an instant notification if a space opens up in our 12-guest capacity.
